Pictures from our Infant Nativity, December 2016 – ‘Behind the Stable Door”’
We have been talking about internet safety in our Computing lessons. Here are some of the posters made by years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
May Day Celebration
Each year the whole school celebrates May Day. The May King and Queen are crowned after a processional through a tunnel of flower decorated sticks. Everyone then enjoys May Pole dancing and Morris dances choreographed by the older boys.
All of our children are encouraged to take part in the different productions which are a regular part of school life.
There is an annual nativity musical starring our youngest pupils and every other year a whole school production like the ones shown here. Their enjoyment of the whole process is obvious despite all the hard work and self-discipline involved.
Each production is a real community effort with huge thanks due to all the staff, parents and friends involved.
